People are always asking me about the supplements that I take and it’s hard for me to remember all of them, so I figured it would be easier to show them this page. I also thought it would be good to put a section here discussing supplements I no longer take. I don’t have anything to list yet, but I’ll keep that in mind as I update this list.
Upon Waking Up

Nootropic Stack (I take this when I get to work)

- Jarrow Formulas Coconut Oil (Extra Virgin), 1000mg
Do you take these racetams everyday? You don’t get any adverse side-affects from taking them on a regular basis?
Hi Carl, this page is out of date now. I don’t use racetams any more, but not for any particular reason. I just stopped taking them one day. But no, I never had any adverse effects. I took them every day for a couple of years. No problems at all.
